BOOKING
To ensure you receive the best possible experience, we operate by appointment. This allows us to offer you a dedicated fitting room, and styling assistance whenever you need it. Book an appointment via the bookings page.
To secure a gown and complimentary accessories you will be required to pay the full hire price on the day off booking and to make it easy we accept cash and all major credit cards. EFTPOS facility is available. Current ID is required.
Gown Hire - $120
Day Dresses - $69 - $99
Cocktail & Jumpsuits - $49 to $99
Fur Coats - $29 to $59
Designer Handbags -$129 | 5 day hire.
All accessories are complimentary.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF
Pick up of the garments will be the 1 - 2 days before your event. You can book your pick up time online closer to the function date or in store at time of booking.
All items borrowed are to be dropped off to Cloud 9 Dry Cleaners, 1 Leura Ave CLAREMONT the following business day after the event between the hours of 8am - 5pm. Cleaning is at the Hirer(s) expense - price will range between $18 - $25 depending on the length Garment.
DAMAGES
Any damages to the garment are at the expense of the Hirer. Please use Cloud 9 to do any repairs necessary.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your booking a 50% hire credit will be given if done more than a week before your pick up date.
For cancellations within 5 days of agreed pick up date, the client will incur the full rental fee.
You can change your function date if required at no additional cost. If you change your mind you can select a new dress at no extra cost unless withing 72 hours of collection, in which case a $20 re-booking fee will be applied.
